How I can replace the clutch in my Cuisinart SPB-7?

How I can replace the drive clutch in my Cuisinart blender model # SPB-7 series that has the clutch again, but I can not remove the old one. It seems that only I have to unscrew the old, but the new unit of the axis of rotation stays there. Anyone else with this type of mixer that has the same problem. Or anyone in and around Martinez, CA know a good repair shop that can do it for me?
