I am new protein powder and I got a sample from my doctor today. It smelled like yeast! ugh why?

It is mixed with my blender hand and when I went for a drink reminded me of the yeast that makes bread. smelled horrible and had to quit. whey protein only, fructooligosacchaides (FOS) cocoa, xanthan gum, stevia. I would like to get a good simple healthy protein powder that is free of hormones, I can do without sugar for breakfast. My doctor became angry when I told them I never eat in the morning. Any suggestions? The brand I tried was the dream of the protein with "Doctors of nutrition"

Most shakes do not taste very good, but because you are using this as a replacement for breakfast, I would not recommend rapid digestion of whey. Get a protein shake that has a mixture of proteins, or at least something to digest during a few hours, to keep you full longer. If you are vegetarian or just want to avoid eggs and milk, I recommend hemp protein. Use your blender and then wait a minute or two. Hemp protein is grainy if you try to drink it immediately, but after a couple of minutes it becomes a delicious, thick shake. If you do not care for eggs or milk, I highly recommend Syntha-6 BSN. You can get these online or in any supplement store (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Popeye, etc.) AMAZING know. Try adding the coffee instead of water only milk / and you have a super delicious breakfast drink. It comes in regular flavors (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry), but also things like cookies and cream, mint chocolate Chocolate Peanut Butter, mochachinno ... the list goes on and is delicious.
