She used to fling ting in de pot fas fas fas.. ah hurry pot she call it..but LAWD .. talk bout ah sweet hand? Dat was my auntie Lovern. She was good wit a quick sweet hand. She sister was de opposite. Aunti Jennifer was slow like molasses. She used to take she time in dat kitchen. Tunnin rong jess so in de kitchen. Man if you hungry and need to eat fast then go and boil ah egg or someting. But ah tell YUH... when yuh see she DONE cook. Man... de sweetest pots ah food.. so delicious and tasty and full ah good trini flavour that yuh ciar move from de table when yuh done..fuss yuh full...and yesssssssss.. de two ah dem fat.

My Aunty Rose have the sweetest hand of anyone I know. She used to make her own seasoning and when she cook ah stew chicken and rice - it melting in yuh mouth!.......mmmmm.......chichen.......*slurp* excuse meh allyuh.....as I was saying - a Sunday meal when she spend all day cooking was de best but even the weekday food was the tastiest ever!
