I need help fixing a DM2000 Margaritaville Margarita Maker Machine?
I just boough the DM2000 Margaritaville Margarita Maker Machine. It does not shave ice. Does anyone who owns one know what could be wrong? Also, this was an open box special clearance that I can not return. So if it's not a simple fix, please let me know if you know what parts may need to be replaced?
