Margaritaville Frozen Margarita

Margaritaville Margarita Maker?

I want to buy one of the Margaritaville margarita machines from amazon.com. Does anyone know the difference between the DM1000 and DM0500 models of the Margaritavilla "Frozen Concoction Maker"? The DM0500 is $100 less but the specifications seem the same. Thanks!

My mother-n-law got it and it's the biggest piece of crap ever made - the buttons are pretty cheaply made, the dispenser leaks all over the place and it's a mess - she returned it the day after she bought it - now we just do it up in the blender and it's so much easier - if you chose to buy one hopefully you'll have better luck but my advice is to save your 300 bucks!
