Thinking of buying a breadmaker Kitchen Pro Regal - breads 1-2 pounds? Is this one good?
I would like information management on the bread machine because I'm buying used. What are the pros and cons. I like to make the bagel dough you need a robust machine with the capacity knead tightly. Also, it makes the bread stick to the peel once cooked? Is it easy to clean and use? What would be the cost of this new machine se?
I do not think it's worth buying a breadmaker. My family has one, but not use it at all. The bread has a pleasant texture when you knead yourself. And I think the bread machine recipes are not so good anyway.
