Coffee Maker Clear

Is coffee is supposed to clear the first time that the goal?

Well, mine comes out muddy. It just seems strange. Recently, very little cleaning my coffee maker with vinegar (apple cider however, regular). We have here, however hard water, but the filter ... I guess it's not that I'm going to die from drinking it. I was just curious. Is coffee supposed to be clear (transparent-ish dark but, you know what I mean ...)? On the other hand, can be brown burned? oo

several things may be happening here or run at least 2 cycles of clean water through the pot after u ran through the vinegar of? did u put regular coffee grounds? did u put enough? did u use a filter paper or gold? Coffee should be dark brown (almost black), not all see through.
