why do i feel sick after drinking green tea?
after i drink green tea a lil while later or immediately i would feel real sick like i want to vomit!!!!. my head will start hurting and sometimes my heart will beat really fast (scared the heck out of me). i just started drinking green tea maybe last Friday (11-20-09). I DRINK 3 CUPS A DAY. i started drinking green tea to naturally help with my immune system and i herd green tea is a good way to go if your constipated and its a good diet source. but i still don't know why i feel so sick. i low key don't want to stop drinking tea because of the helpful benefits it offers but if it mean my life then i will (lol)......what to do! ......i follow the directions on how to brew it well (boil hot water etc.)....umm is it because im so backed up i feel this way? or too much of the caffeine?
please help, i don't no what to do...
idk if this help but the tea im drinking is called ORGANIC GREEN TEA WITH GINGER BY TRADITIONAL MEDICINALS
I also drink a lot of green tea & also get nauseous when I've been drinking it for a while.
When this happens I stop drinking it for a few days & change the brand when I start again.
This normally causes that sick feeling to disappear for a few months.
