PLEASE HELP, Why is my face getting so spotty?

Help me I'm going through hell right now.

I'm 21 years old, I've always had wonderful clear skin because I have a great skin routine. For the past couple of months I've been getting very spotty; pimples and whiteheads turn up every days. Heres what I've been doing differently that might have caused it/made it worse.

1. Recently switched all my carbs to brown/whole-wheat (brown rice, brown pasta, no poatoes and no sugar on weekdays).

2. I bought Clinique's Anti-Blemish solutions set - full set of skin care, very expensive but my skin has just been getting worse. Can I get a refund on this even though I've been using it for a month?

3. Not been getting much exercise.

I've been taking Cod Liver oil and Multi vitamins for a month but there's been no difference!

What do I do!? I have to improve the condition of my skin, it's really upsetting me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi! Well exercise actually does hepl to keep your skin clear. Also if you can buy Proactiv Solution. It works wonders for me but if you do use it rinse it off well and keep it away from clothes because it will turn your clothes a brown color but if your careful your clothes will be fine and your face will be clear. (also carefully pop the whiteheads so they heal quicker.)
