Espresso coffee question?
Hey.I'm 16 years old (girl). I've never had coffee b4.But lately I've been wanting to try a mocha frappe looks so good anyway hehe.But is safe to drink for a girl 15-16 years of age? Not much but only occasionally. And I am saying is that place? I heard it's a lot of caffeine in it, but it's really in that much in a mocha frappe? By the way what is a frappé is like a milkshake? What how long it takes for caffeine to leave your body system because I want to sleep at night .. hehe. Yall THANKS! Certainly some tips or something I like frappes mocha?
