Citrus Hand Squeeze
Melted a warm chocolate bar I got on Christmas+used it as a mask on hands,is there any beauty benefit to this?
Then squeezed some grapefruit and teaspoon of lotion together in a bowel of water for a citrus moisture soak.
This whole process felt really good and invigorating, and was very aroma therapy! But does anyone think there is any long or short term beauty/ health / skin / nail benefits to this?
The chocolate bar was melted in the microwave and it was organic.
Just feeling good is a benifit compared to stress, it is a beauty benifit
