I'm working, eating well ... So what am I doing wrong?
Okay so I'm trying to lose weight. Here is my regimine: 20-30 Bowflex TreadClimber minutes 5 times a week - I change my resistance and go for time, speed or distance that mix. Activia, grain carbohydrates integral for breakfast (and coffee) Salad grilled chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers and a cup of water-based soup for lunch. Salad of grilled chicken, mango, pineapple, berries and nuts for dinner. snack twice a day with two of the following: a stick of cheese (do not drink milk, so I need my calcium), raw carrots, almonds raw, V8 juice. I drink a ton of water every day. They have cut artificial sugars. And they also have at least two cups of green tea per day. I did lose 5 kilos in two weeks, but during the last two that I lost 0. I am also 5'7 and 165 lbs., So it's not that I do not have weight to lose ... What am I doing wrong?
If you track your calorie intake? You may want to do this to get an idea of whether you are eating enough (over 1200) or too much. As for exercise, work up to at least 1 hour at least 5 days a week.
