Warning Health Juice

The juices that are healthy and not destroy your teeth?
I've been making the transition from a case of Mt. Dew a day to 0-1 12 oz of rootbeer. It has taken me about a hearing, but I did it for the sake of my health. Now that I've been able to kick my caffeine addiction, I'm beginning to think about what kind of juice I can drink that are healthier and do not destroy the teeth, my dentist warned against the consumption of citrus juices, and many artificially sweetened juices are as bad as soda for you. Do not tell me to drink, "I can not drink water 2 oz of water if I get paid, unless it is ice-cold immediately after a workout! So compared to the mountain. Dew and Pepsi, what are some juices, which are healthier than others? It seems to me based on my research that their 100% no added sugar apple, cherry, grape juices are pretty decent, and green tea and ice tea is not so bad (though this is not a good juice). I guess I should stay away from soft drinks and OJS? Any other recommendations?
freshly squeezed juice is always best. apple juice grapes is a good thing not too acidic.
